Kelly Walker Starrett, Senior Vice President & Governmental Relations for New Orleans Metropolitan Association of RELATORS® (NOMAR) presents the new FEMA Risk Rating 2.0 and the effect it will have on your flood insurance rates.
Mrs. Starrett served as Legislative Assistant to a local State Senator and as Voluntary Agency Liaison for FEMA. Kelli has a B.A. in Political Science from Northwestern State University of Louisiana and a Graduate Certificate in Emergency Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
